When does Jenga end or can Jenga go on forever?

  • 1234 views

Jenga is a game of physical and mental skill built using 54 blocks with simple objectivity and yet it’s very exciting. It’s one game that could gather family and friends to bond and practice the skills in Jenga with so much laughter, thrill, and suspense who will win.

If luck is at your side, anything is possible in Jenga it’s the perfect game for if you want some edge-of-your-seat fun times.

Jenga is an easy game that can be played anytime, anywhere, and anyway, you like. You could be a serene, scientific, or sneaky player but it’s okay as long as you follow the rules!

When learning how to play Jenga, it’s important to learn about patience and perseverance. While the rules and the game itself are very easy to understand, it does take some physical skill and practice to become an expert at it.

The goal is to pull out a Jenga block successfully, place it on top, but don't let the tower collapse!

Jenga is a game where manual dexterity, precision, hand-eye coordination, and strategy could be enhanced. It's also a lot of fun from ages 6 and up.

When does Jenga end?

The game begins after setting up the tower for a game. The first player takes on to remove the first block from any level but with an exception of the level below the topmost one. The block that was removed then needs to place on the top level.

Each player must only use one hand at a time although both the left and right hand could be used alternately. Blocks could be tested and bumped to find a loose block that will not disturb the rest of the tower.

Any block that is moved out of place must be returned to its original location before removing another block. The turn ends when the next person to move touches the tower or after ten seconds, whichever occurs first.

The game of Jenga ends when the tower falls or if any piece falls from the tower other than the piece being knocked out to move to the top.

The winner of the game is the last person to successfully remove and place a block.

Can Jenga go on forever?

It's so easy, you might be disappointed that a set of the game can’t last forever. As more blocks are removed, usually the Jenga tower becomes more wobbly. However, depending on your arrangement, it's entirely possible to build a Jenga tower of infinite height.

But, no, it can’t go on forever because there’s a finite number of blocks.

After Thoughts

Jenga is basically a simple game but it requires so much focus, thinking, and carefulness. Each of the moves should be certain, gentle, and smooth to avoid the tower to collapse.

You could not take chances and careless risks to make the tower fall and for you to automatically lose.

What’s great about Jenga is you have the opportunity to vindicate yourself. There’s another chance once the tower is stacked again.

Each Jenga game has a winner and it ends and it can’t go on forever. But there’s redemption into it since you could play it forever, in terms of round after round until you become an expert!
