Where's Baby Yoda in the movie?

The first season of The Mandalorian was released by Disney+ just a week before the Rise of Skywalker was released in the cinemas. The Mandalorian and the Rise of Skywalker have almost 25 years apart from each other.

The Mandalorian's timeline just a few years after Return of the Jedi and the Mandalorian is almost more than 25 years away from the timeline of the rise of skywalker.  There are no characters or planets from the series that appeared in the latest Star Wars film.

Baby Yoda only appears in The Mandalorian series, and he has not appeared in any movie yet that includes the Rise of Skywalker. The adorable and cute Baby Yoda in this movie might only produce plot holes and distraction.

The Rise of Skywalker is the end of the story for Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, BB-8, Luke Skywalker, and General Leia. It finally answered all the questions since The Force Awakens kept them hanging.

Who's Baby Yoda?

The Child is the breakthrough character in The Mandalorians. He became Baby Yoda when the fans started calling him that name. His character was the best-kept secret in the series.

Baby Yoda plays an important character in the coming installment of the Star Wars saga. Baby Yoda is a 50 years old infant and has force powers even before he could utter a word, and he saved Mando from a dangerous Mudhorn.

He looks like Yoda, Jedi Master, and they might have both came from the same species that are Force-gifted.

Nobody knows the true name and origin of Baby Yoda yet. But for now, Baby Yoda provided a great pivotal part in The Mandalorian wherein Mando decided to break away from the Bounty Hunters' Guild's code to be able to him from The Client.

Mando took the reward and the bounty with him to unknown places. It makes him one of the most wanted men in the galaxy. It also makes him an anti-hero who has a good who chose to save and protect Baby Yoda.

Who played Baby Yoda on SNL?

Kyle Mooney played Baby Yoda in Saturday Night Live. Kyle is also his cast member in The Mandalorian. Baby Yoda first appeared in SNL in December 2019 to promote The Mandalorian.

In this episode of Baby Yoda in SNL, he opened it by saying I'm back! Baby Yoda had a good rapport with Weekend Update co-host Michael Che who questioned him if he smokes marijuana. Baby Yoda, played by Mooney, gamely answered, "Hey, how you think I got so green?"

The rest of the segment was used by Baby Yoda to fuel a feud with the Marvel character Baby Groot whom he met during The Mandalorian character's first Saturday Night Live appearance in December 2019. Baby Yoda also discussed popular topics like COVID-19 and social media.

The cannabis jokes were intended for the adult audience in the millennials, perhaps because of the mixed feedback on it and its legality.

After Thoughts

Baby Yoda is not only overwhelmingly popular but is very relevant to today. He just doesn't offer his ultimate cuteness, but he provides what the fans are loving in him. A raw, adorable, mysterious, and fun character that would bring the Star Wars saga more surprises and more bombastic revelations in the days and years ahead.
